Mesotherapy
At aesthetic medicineMesotherapy is a medical treatment involving the injection of small quantities of products adapted to your skin's needs into the skin (in the dermis: under the superficial part of the skin), using very fine needles, along wrinkles and over the entire area to be treated.
Multiple micro-injections enable precise, concentrated diffusion of the product, ensuring better penetration and efficacy.
Injections are localized and painless

What are the benefits of mesotherapy?
Aesthetic mesotherapy is an anti-aging technique that gives the epidermis a genuine radiance boost. Particularly indicated for dull, dry skin weakened by smoking, sun exposure or hormonal variations, the mesolift technique is used as a revitalizing treatment. It involves injecting hyaluronic acid which may or may not be combined with vitamins and minerals with moisturizing, revitalizing and antioxidant properties.
Mesotherapy has a real role to play in preventing skin ageing, and is ideal for revitalizing the skin and repairing skin tissue damaged by the inevitable ageing process. The skin is better hydrated, more elastic and smoother.
This technique is an alternative to cosmetic surgery.
What are the indications for mesotherapy treatment?
Aesthetic Mesotherapy is highly effective on wrinkled skin or skin with fine lines and wrinkles. It improves moderate skin slackening and prevents aging of all types of skin.
It gives thin, dry, tired or damaged skin a beautiful result that cannot be achieved with conventional dermal fillers.
Mesolift can be performed on the face, neck and décolleté, as well as on the back of the hands. The aim is to nourish the dermis and stimulate cell growth.
Please note: aesthetic mesotherapy cannot be used on the lower eyelids or corners of the mouth.
How many sessions are required?
For the treatment to be effective, it must be carried out regularly and over a sufficiently long period of time, and a "maintenance" treatment is recommended over time.
The number of sessions varies according to the indications treated and the patient's needs.
For classic sessions, count on 3 to 4 sessions of 15 to 20 minutes each, spaced about 15 days apart. Then continue treatment once a month. Thereafter, sessions are spaced out over time.
How does a mesotherapy session work?
Before any injection,Dr Christelle Santini checks that you have no contraindications to hyaluronic acid injection. Multiple superficial micro-injections are performed either with ultra-fine needles or with a mesotherapy gun.
The revitalizing treatment covers the neck, décolleté, back of hands and face.
A session lasts 15 to 30 minutes. Dr. Christelle Santini recommends prior application of an anesthetic cream to make the treatment as comfortable as possible.
Redness and sometimes small bruises may appear after treatment, but these side effects are minimal and transient.
Sun exposure should be avoided for the next few days, and it is important to protect your skin with a sunscreen.
What are the results after mesotherapy?
The results are visible from the very first session: skin recolors, tightens, is better hydrated and more supple. Gradually, from one session to the next, the complexion becomes more radiant and firmness improves.
Mesolift is designed to restore radiance to your skin, and is a highly complementary technique to superficial peels. It does not treat wrinkles, but can be combined with an injection of hyaluronic acid filler to optimize skin rejuvenation by rehydrating and stimulating the dermis.
What products are used in mesolift?
These are revitalizing blends that Dr Santini selects according to your skin type. They contain hyaluronic acid, vitamins, trace elements and minerals, as well as products that stimulate microcirculation, oxygenation and collagen production in the skin.
